What Factors Can Cause Premature Fatigue Damage To The Clamping Bolt Bushings Of A Constant Voltage Transformer?
Damage to the clamping bolt sleeve of 3 phase constant voltage transformer should be prevented, as the risk of damage stems from bolt loosening, sleeve fatigue, and environmental corrosion. Bolt preload decreases with repeated vibrations and thermal expansion and contraction, leading to abnormal sleeve load and stress concentration. Deterioration of the sleeve's sealing performance or water leakage deteriorates the internal insulation, accelerating the material degradation of constant voltage transformer for home. Inadequate sleeve sealing and insufficient nut tightening can cause water ingress and moisture penetration, resulting in decreased insulation strength.
