How Does A Frequency Converter Quickly Switch The Equipment Back To The Original System When A Device Fails?
Upon receiving an abnormal operating signal from the equipment, frequency converter 60hz to 50hz single phase immediately detects an interruption or deviation in the main system. Through its built-in monitoring module, frequency converter 50hz to 60hz single phase determines the signal and immediately switches to the backup control path, transferring the equipment from the affected subsystem to the original system input. During the switchover, the inverter adjusts its output frequency and voltage to match the original system's power supply standard, ensuring the equipment continues operation.
In case of equipment failure, the inverter allows for a rapid switchover to the original system. When a main power supply link is disconnected or malfunctions, the inverter initiates a logic switching procedure, transferring control from the faulty link to the original system path. After the switchover is complete, the inverter performs transient compensation on the motor drive side to ensure the power supply characteristics are restored to match the original system.
