The Sealed Structure Of The Static Voltage Stabilizer: Environmental Isolation
The static voltage stabilizer manufacturers's control unit and power unit are designed with an IP54 or higher protection rating, and silicone rubber sealing strips are used at the seams of the housing to prevent dust and moisture from entering. The printed circuit board surface is coated with a 50-micron-thick conformal coating to resist salt spray, mold, and chemical gas corrosion.
No consumable media such as lubricants or coolants are required internally. Dry-type film capacitors or ceramic capacitors are used, eliminating the problem of electrolyte drying. The transformer uses H-class insulation materials with a temperature resistance of 180℃, maintaining stable insulation performance even in harsh environments. This fully enclosed, all-solid-state structural design eliminates the need for opening for maintenance throughout the entire equipment's lifespan.
