The Root Cause Of Oil Leakage In Ac Reactors Due To Poor Sealing

Publish Time: Author: Site Editor Visit: 4

Poor sealing is the main cause of oil leakage in section electrical line reactor. Since the oil inside section inverter ac reactor acts as insulation and cooling, a poor seal will cause leakage due to pressure changes or temperature fluctuations, leading to performance degradation and potential safety hazards. Improper sealing structure design or aging of seals are often the root causes of oil leakage in section reactor ac. During long-term use, easily damaged parts such as gaskets and O-rings may lose their original sealing properties due to high temperatures, vibration, or environmental influences, gradually developing cracks or deformation, thus causing oil leakage in section vfd reactor.
