The Effect Of Excessive Humidity On The Insulation Performance Of Frequency Converters

Publish Time: Author: Site Editor Visit: 5

Excessive humidity will significantly reduce the insulation performance of single phase frequency converter, causing premature aging or short circuits in its internal electrical components. In a humid environment, moisture can penetrate into the insulation layer of frequency converter 50hz to 60hz three phase, making the surface of industrial frequency converter conductive, increasing the risk of current leakage, and reducing the insulation resistance of the insulation material. If frequency converter 50hz to 400hz is exposed to a high-humidity environment for a long time, the aging rate of the insulation material will be accelerated, which may eventually cause 60hz to 400hz frequency converter failure and affect its operational stability.
