Power supply is the support system of many equipment power. The use of CNC manipulator power supply has special requirements. 1. The voltage fluctuation of the power grid is about +10% to -15%, while the power supply in China fluctuates greatly and has poor quality. There are also hidden interferences such as high-frequency pulses, plus human factors (such as sudden power failure, etc.). The manipulator alarms and cannot operate normally, and damages the manipulator power supply system, and even causes the loss of relevant parameter data.

2. The requirements of CNC manipulator equipment for the working environment. Fine CNC manipulator equipment usually has a constant temperature environment requirement. Only under constant temperature conditions can the accuracy of the manipulator and the accuracy of the working position be guaranteed. Generally, ordinary manipulators have no specific requirements for room temperature, but many practices have shown that when the room temperature is too high, the failure rate of the CNC system is greatly increased.

3. Requirements for compressed air supply system of CNC manipulator equipment CNC machine tools usually use a lot of pneumatic components, so the factory should be connected to a clean and dry compressed air supply system network. Its flow and pressure should meet the requirements. The compressed air machine should be installed away from the CNC manipulator. According to the layout and gas consumption in the factory, it should be considered to install refrigerated air coal machine, air filter, gas storage tank, safety valve and other equipment to the compressed air supply system network.

This phenomenon has occurred in machine tools such as CNC processing center or turning center, and the frequency is high, so it should be paid attention to.
