If The Sound Of A Dry-type Transformer Is Mixed With The Sound Of Boiling Water, Then A Malfunction Has Occurred.
During normal operation, the dry type lighting transformer circuit typically emits a continuous and uniform electromagnetic sound. However, when the sound is mixed with a buzzing or gurgling sound similar to "boiling water," this abnormal sound usually reflects an abnormal change in the internal operating conditions. If this boiling-like noise is heard while listening to the dry type step down transformer circuit, accompanied by rapid temperature changes and fluctuations in related operating parameters, this sound often indicates that there may be a serious electrical problem inside the dry type step up transformer circuit, such as a short circuit in the winding or poor contact of the tap changer. This could lead to localized overheating or even damage to the insulating components, requiring immediate shutdown and repair.
