Creating a Clean Working Environment

Ambient temperature is the primary factor determining the aging rate of components. If the heat sink is covered in dust, internal heat cannot dissipate, and the capacitors will dry out much faster.

  • Physical Dust Removal: Regularly clean the internal air ducts with dry compressed air, especially removing grease from the cooling fan blades.

  • Humidity Control: Prevent water vapor from entering the casing and keep the air inside the distribution cabinet dry to prevent leakage current from the circuit boards.

  • Vibration Protection: Check whether the fixing screws are loose. Mechanical vibration can easily cause poor contact at the wiring terminals, resulting in abnormal overheating.

  1. Cooling Fan: It's crucial for heat dissipation. If you hear unusual noises or a significant drop in speed, replace it immediately. Don't wait for the fan to stop and cause system shutdown.

  2. Filter Capacitor: Inspect the top of the capacitor for bulging or leakage. Reduced capacitor capacity can cause voltage fluctuations, affecting output stability.

  3. Wiring Circuit: Regularly tighten power lines. Oxidized or loose connections can generate instantaneous high heat, potentially burning out the module.

Proper Operating Logic

Reduce frequent load starts. Although the inverter supports soft starts, continuous surges in a short period can still put a significant current load on the power module. When shutting down, utilize the deceleration stop function instead of directly disconnecting the input power, giving the equipment a smooth transition period.

Keep daily operation records. Small changes in current and frequency are often early signs of malfunctions. Mastering these techniques will ensure your inverter operates stably for longer.
