In summer, the voltage in many places in China is too low and household appliances cannot be used. Some customers who bought Static Voltage Stabilizer do not know how to install them. In order to solve the problems encountered by customers during installation, our company's technical department has summarized and provided them to customers in the hope that it will be helpful.

1. First, according to the power of the purchased voltage stabilizer, it can be calculated at 1 square millimeter per kilowatt, and suitable wires should be selected to connect the input and output of the voltage stabilizer (Note: During installation, the wiring must be strictly connected according to the wiring mark of the voltage stabilizer. It cannot be omitted or connected incorrectly. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the live wire and the neutral wire must not be connected in reverse, the neutral wire and the ground wire must not be confused, and the ground wire and the neutral wire cannot be omitted).

2. Turn on the main switch of the household voltage stabilizer. The output voltage meter on the panel should indicate 220V. At the same time, the power indicator on the panel is on, indicating that the voltage stabilizer has been working normally. If the voltage is abnormal, please adjust the voltage regulator circuit board voltage regulator potentiometer. Adjust the output voltage clockwise to increase, and adjust the output voltage counterclockwise to reduce (please turn off the load when adjusting).

3. Protective device of household voltage stabilizer Voltage stabilizers below 3KVA use fuses for overload or short circuit protection, and AC voltage stabilizers above 3KVA use small circuit breakers or small air switches for overload or short circuit protection. When the voltage stabilizer is working, if the fuse blows or the automatic air circuit breaker trips, the load and voltage stabilizer should be shut down to check. Overvoltage protection of voltage stabilizer: When the output voltage exceeds the protection value of the voltage stabilizer (the phase voltage protection value is adjusted to 250V±5V at the factory), the voltage stabilizer automatically protects, reduces or cuts off the output voltage of the voltage stabilizer, and the overvoltage indicator light is on. The user should immediately shut down and check the grid voltage or voltage stabilizer.

5. When the voltage stabilizer is working, if the output voltage jitters, it may be that the capacitive or inductive load is too heavy. Please check the grid line diameter and the quality of the connection point and solve it. If the voltage stabilizer has been in overvoltage protection state after starting, please check whether the voltage regulating potentiometer is adjusted normally and whether the grid voltage exceeds the normal working voltage range of the voltage stabilizer. Close the voltage regulator switch, turn on the electrical equipment after the output voltage stabilizes, shut down and follow the reverse procedure.
