Dynamic Monitoring And Protection Mechanism Of Frequency Converter
The system collects the DC bus voltage in real time, with a normal operating range typically between 500V and 650V. Overvoltage protection is triggered when the voltage exceeds 800V, and undervoltage protection is activated when it falls below 350V.
The overvoltage or undervoltage of frequency converter 60hz to 50hz single phase is mainly reflected in the voltage value of the DC bus. The detection circuit sends the sampled signal to the DSP for processing, and the control system adjusts the operating mode according to the voltage status. When the voltage is abnormal, the frequency converter 50hz to 60hz single phase will block the PWM drive signal output to prevent damage to the power devices.
During the no-load test, the U, V, and W phase output voltages must be measured. The presence of a single phase or three-phase imbalance indicates a fault in the inverter module or drive board. Load testing can only be performed when the output voltage is normal, gradually increasing the load to the rated power.
