Dc Bus Voltage Detection Before Inverter Startup
Before the frequency converter 60hz to 50hz single phase system is put into operation, the DC bus voltage is professionally tested. Focusing on the DC link, this primarily involves reading and analyzing the bus voltage level and waveform to accurately reflect the actual performance of the rectifier output and filtering stages. The DC bus voltage is essentially the DC voltage converted from AC rectification, which, after fluctuations are suppressed by filter capacitors, forms the power source driving the inverter bridge.
During DC bus voltage testing, voltmeters or high-voltage differential probes are typically used to measure the voltage, ensuring the readings remain stable within the frequency converter 50hz to 60hz single phase specification range. When the DC link has not yet reached the predetermined voltage level, these readings can reveal potential rectifier component deviations, insufficient capacitor filtering, or input power supply fluctuations.
